Replicas of Mughal Jewellery by Ahmed Haroon at Zenaini Art Gallery

The Zenaini Art Gallery exhibits replicas of Mughal style jewellery by Ahmed Haroon. Ahmed designed this jewellery in silver and sprinkled with a few grams of gold. The exhibits are reincarnations of the era when Nizams of the Mughal Empire ruled over individual principalities in the subcontinent. Ahmed Haroon has been doing this for the past seven or eight years.

Ahmed told that the idea behind the mix of silver, gold and stones was to make the pieces more affordable while fusing the past and the present.
